Edgars ***** my credit balance

I overpaid my account by R230 in November 2020 thereby placing me in a credit balance with Edgars. I was and still being billed R30 a month service fee. Upon my query in December and again in January, I was told it is an error and the consultants I spoke to were going to escalate it. Nothing happened. Called again today, spoke to ***** department who said that irrespective if i have a zero balance, or in credit balance, I am still liable for the R30 service fee. Thats ******* and theft. I have called today and closed my account, before I lose the balance of R140! Dont support Edgars. They commit ***** on your account!
