Edgars statement balance increasing _after payment
I received my statement in April with a balance of R7372 before payment was made at the end of April 25/04 for an amount of R850.00, the statement i received for May shows the payment but the balance is R7833.11, this does not make any sense what is going on. I sent an email on the 15th May, today is now the 25/05/2020 and I have not received any feedback. How do I get any help?

What I am querying is the balance if you do read the ' I received my statement in April with a balance of R7372 before payment was made at the end of April 25/04 for an amount of R850.00, the statement i received for May shows the payment but the balance is R7833.11, this does not make any sense what is going on.
