Edgars staff (Negligence)

I purchased a Pierre Cardin Crossbody bag today 31 January 2022 @ 11:34am at Edgar's Canal Walk, Cape Town. I'm so annoyed because the Cashier (Amanda)there was busy chatty chatty with her colleagues and were deep in a conversation that she didn't remove the security tag on the bag. I've just discovered it when got home. I'm so very annoyed because I don't know when I'll go back to Canal walk to have it removed because of their own Negligence!!!! My receipt no: *** Kindly figure something out for this as I'll be busy this week (working)!!! Tried calling *** but I was transferred to so many departments and got cutt off a several times.
