Edgars Southgate sold me lies

I bought a Tecno 20c at Edgars Southgate on the 14th June 2024 through payjoy and was told I was going to receive 30gb of Vodacom data bundles over 6 months after loading a R29 voucher. Lies, lies and lies. More than a month later and I still haven't received my promised data. I'm sent from pillar to post, one telling me the promotion has expired, others telling me to go to a Vodacom store, others telling me to sms and press this and that but nothing still. Edgars sends me to Vodacom, saying they are only a third party, Vodacom customer care sends me to Edgars saying it's the store promotion because it's not on their system. The final consultant told me the promotion doesn't work if phone is purchased via payjoy, nonsense. Had I known this info from day one I wouldn't have bought the phone because I was planning to buy a different brand but I was sold a Tecno which came with interesting benefits. To be told I can't get what I was promised is truly disgusting and I don't see how that is my problem because the package that I received confirms that the data is part of the package. Worse they don't even have the decency to call me back to try and sort out this mess. If this issue is not sorted promptly, I will take this further. Thank you to Palesa for trying her best to sort it out even though she failed. Sales consultant was Nomakhosazana Hilda. Edgars needs to give after sales training to their consultants. Angry and disappointed.
