Edgar's Soutggate Bad Customer Service

I went to edgars southgate customer service to ask for gift wrapping a guy told me they no longer provide the service at all with disappointment I left the shop n went to buy a gift wrap from another shop. To my surprise yesterday I visited the same shop n one of the ladies working there was busy wrapping a gift for a customer. This is unfair treatment n I find that that shop is full of unprofessional staff with bad attitude not caring for customers all the staff must be trained b told about the importance of customer service.
