Edgars Somerset west mall defamation and humiliation of my charector in public

When I left Edgars Somerset west mall on the 01 February 2020, around 19h00. I had two Security Officials ganging up on me on the Somerset West Mall corridors under the instruction of the Edgars Manager Mr Regan Van Ster, based on the reasons that he suspects that I've ****** something. This was on the mall corridors, where I was humiliated and had my charector defamed.

The Security officers were two ladies that demanded that I go with them to the toilets, which I totally refused. Out of shock, I asked them what is their problem they say they need to search. In public, I opened my bag and the other shopping bag I had from other shops and they started asking me where I've gotten the items I had... Showed them my receipts, imagine that humiliation on the mall corridors just because the manager suspects I stole when I went to the shop to buy.

My rights were violated, was treated like a ******** in front of every pass by, just because Mr Regan Van Ster suspects.

Even if he suspects, that is not how the situation is handled lawfully. WHAT LEGISLATION AND REGULATIONS SUBJECT ME TO SUCH HARRASSMENT...WHAT RULES WERE THEY FOLLOWING ...why must I be dragged to the toilets.

Mr Regan Van Ster of Edgars Somerset west Mall has humiliated me so much and in public. I wasn't the only customer in the shop and they have cameras in the shop and corridors of the mall, why didnt they check and verify all this before subjecting me to such humiliation in public.

I've been a loyal customer for Edgars for dacades now, I've shopped on all Edgars all over South Africa and nothing like this has ever happened anywhere, except on Mr Regan Van Ster management.

One question that I seem not to be able to shook from my head is why me, out of all the people that went in and out of Edgars, is it how I look ...is it my skin colour? When I shop must I always go to the car and leave my packages from other shops before I enter Edgars Somerset west mall ?, if so...what about all the people that enter the shop even with trolleys, what triggered such inhuman and violating behavior towards me by Mr Regan Van Ster...and what are those monitors by the door for, if we I still have to be harrassed like I was?

I know my rights and I was treated like trash that walked into Edgars and that doesn't sit well with me at all MR REGAN VAN STER, why?...you have humiliated and defamed my character in front of everyone and for nothing. It is clear that you dont know your laws and regulations, if you do...than you dont comply to them at all.. as well as trust all the Security measures that cost so much that are put in place on all the shop exits doors as well as the cameras.
