Edgars sold my number

2017 I was changed from prepaid to contract by RCMS whom work with Edgars. After numerous calls I still could not go back to prepaid everytime I called these people they would just hang up. Now I want to do a sim swap vodacom cannot help me and they are telling me to go jet or edgars. I want this service out because I need my number back as all the important place have this number. Cancel this contract on my ********** 818 number immediately or I will take legal action because this is ridiculous.
