Edgars has been spamming with available credit SMSs for so long I ended up calling their agents to opt me out but it seems they cannot do that because I'm still receiving the annoying messages that I did not sign up for. Now I want to close the account, I call their customer service line and then I'm supposedly transferred to an agent and then I wait, all of a sudden I'm told to rate a call with the agent I never even spoke to. Strange. Can I just close my account and part ways with this company please.
