Edgars should shut down with immediate effect

The worst retailer under the sun. The Edgars administration is in a complete mess. They cannot help with my query since 30 May 2020 when I placed an online order. Today is the 28th August 2020. No order received. No refund received. I keep calling in and all i get from the consultants are and I quote "this matter will be escalated and we will contact you". Not a wonder Edgars is in trouble. The Foschini Group never gives us poor service like Edgars do. That is why TFG is on top. Please stay away from Edgars.
