Edgars should close down

I have an Edgars account for the last 25 years it's an 6 month interest free account never not paid never late paid but since rcs has taken over they have started charging interest on a interest free account I've tried calling waited 25 minutes for the call to get answered to sort out this problem when I finally get answered by somebody she puts me on hold for another 20 minutes only to find out she doesn't know what she is doing because she tells me to hold and then cuts me off. I've sent numerous emails to the email address given by Edgars for any queries get an automated response to say they will get back to me in 48 hours, well 48 hours has come and gone weeks ago still no answer still no contact and I am being charged interest *******ly
