Edgar's Shame Shame on you

I have published a few times with complaints about edgar's but they never get back to me. Every month I pay over a R1000 on my account but the balance never goes down I can understand that I have a few policies but that only adds up two about R200. Edgar's is quick to phone a person every month to.pay their account even though you have been paying it years but when they phoned me and I asked them to find out about my account and what is happening Guess what? They never bothered.
