Edgars settlement letter

I don’t know what it’ll have to take for me to be considered, I have tried multiple times to clear my name ever since I’m black listed by Edgars on the year 2019 I have settled my account and still haven’t received my settlement letter I am frustrated and don’t even know where to knock for assistance but I guess I will not be taken into consideration here
