Edgar's settled account still running a balance...Edgar's accounts Department in shambles

Edgar's refuses to close my account after I settled the balance due on the 27 March before their deadline date for settlement in 3 April 2020. I request a settlement letter but bcos the covid has caused a delayed reaction n their accounts department is not up to date they keep sending me a statement with an amount that's growing bcos I am not paying Edgar's after I received a settlement letter This is 2nd time I have put this complaint here and nothing has happened Pop was sent thru on 21 may after Edgar's took 2 months to respond to me
