Edgars Service worst than ever / close your account

I paid my account in full last month just to get an email saying I owe them again this month, i now tried 11 times to call there call centre but i get cut off every time, I think service of Edagars just got worst over the last years even now when the have RCS taking over.

EDGARS PLEASE GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER OR YOU WILL CLOSE DOWN PERMANTLY !!!!!!!!
