Edgar's service sucks

Kindly assist I am having a problem with my Edgar's acc account I have been paying the bal has been always on 1200 canceled all subscriptions but still it doesn't go down, what frustrate me as that I can't be assisted @ any store I was told they don't have any account info. Payment are being done but I don't receive any statement
