EDGARS SERVICE PATHETIC
Good day, my mother has been ill and in hospital. I need statements for the last twelve months as she has been complaining that something is wrong on her account. She never buys but the balance never seem to get lower. ACC ***. Is Edgars trying to resolve their possible ***** on this acc or why is it so difficult to send a 12 months statement.

23 Feb 2022, 14:33What excatly is your problem if you can see your first agent spoke to my mom before he continued the call with me, this call was cut and I phoned again where the agent confirmed that he noted that she can see the first agent noted that my mom gave permission that I can enquire on her account , You can see the notes and now you want to tell me you can only find one call. Sorry to say this sounds more and more suspicious , what are you trying to hide? How difficult is it to provide a 12 months statement??????????????????
