Edgars service is absolutley pathetic! Actually there is no service!

Absolutley the worse business service i ever had ! I was there last week to open an acc! Lady told me no sir seeing you opened truworths and mr price acc we have to wait 48 hours! Week later i am back and no service! No person on duty, waited 30min and then someone called the call centre and i was put on all again 30min and then they tell me they will call me back! Now i get an sms i was declined! I want anwers! How can mr price and truworths exct approve me and edgars not?? I want to know exactly why! I demand an answer! It makes sense now whey edgars has been decling over there years! There is no service! Dont decline me and tell me cause of itc! I dont even have any debt! All my acc are paid up ! So pls i want answers
