Edgars service fees on zero balance accounts

I need to get feedback from other Edgars account holders. After the take over of the Edgars group the new Company just decided to start charging a service fee on a monthly basis without getting concent from account holders. Even if you have a zero balance. I have tried to get answers from Edgars and after 7 calls a emoyee with the name Bianca Ngobo confirm that Edgars decided after the takeover to charge a monthly service fee. When questioning her for what it was she rep**** that banks also charge service fees. She cannot provide me with proof of where I was notified or agreed to this. This is absolutely not acceptable that Edgars wants to better their poor financial state by just chargings clients additional fees. Is their a lawyer with knowledge if this that can advice us.
