Edgars sells inferior quality clothing

Bought some RUCA track suit pants on promo, wore them twice and washed them in cold water and hung out in the sun to dry. They shrunk halfway up the leg and I couldn't wear them again as they looked ridiculous. I took them back and there were new pairs on the shelf, so I compared them to my pants, showed the cashier at returns that they were way shorter and she went off to chat to her supervisor. They agreed to swop them but because they weren't on promo any longer, I needed to pay in R300 to get a new pair. So Edgars sells inferior quality clothing that shrinks after 1 wash, and then expects me to pay in the difference if I need to exchange them. Absolutely unacceptable. I am being inconvenienced by having to schlep into the store and then to rub salt in, have to pay in the difference to get an exchange. I will not support this company ever again and after my account is paid up, will close my account swiftly. Not that they give a toss I am sure.
