Edgars ******** my mother

I am so disappointed with this edgars store you guys are honestly ******** us now. My mom is having sleepless nights and going therapy now because of you guys. She took a bank loan so that she can close all the accounts she had. She paid up the edgars account and requested for it to be closed. Later in the year she started receiving nonstop phone calls stating that she owes R2000 and some odds cents. She went to musgrave branch they only gave her head office number of which she got no joy. She went to pavilion she was given an email address of which it was returned saying it doesn't exist. The phone calls are not stopping and the debt keeps increasing with every phone call made to her
