Edgars : I have been paying for subscription since last year Nov 2018. I know nothing about this subscription. I saw it last week when I was perusing my statements, then I called them to cancel it. They told me that they have logged a call for refund unfortunately they sent me an sms stating that I wont get any refund of which I wasn't expecting the refund for that but what I want to understand is 1. which network was that subscription done. 2. They need to send me a recording for that as they have stated in their SMS that theres a recording. 3. when was the subscription done and where..(the recording)..between me and who from their side.?4. there were no documents signed. because If there were can they email them to me. Its not the first time I am experiencing the kind of **** from Edgars Account.
I understand that its been canceled, 1. but if you can send me the recording as you have said on your sms because its your word against mine 2. which network was that subscription done for. 3.. when was the subscription done and where..(the recording)..between me and who from their side.? 4. were there any documents signed because someone cannot sign for a contract or subscription and then not sign anything.
