Hi Thanks for the speedy response but yet this is no resolution. I called that department either in 2016 or 2017 on number ********** 675 to cancel this ****** ****. What is mobile CONTENT?, if its airtime I'm sure this was sent to the MD of Edgar's. I paid for a service that I have no idea what it entails you sell alot of **** to your customers. Listen to me I'm not going to repeat Myself i dont want your stupid refund keep it God doesn't sleep. I want my life back clear my Credit record and remove the Debt balance from my acc. I was told my acc is closed and I won't occur any debt everything has been canceled and now I owe you guys this is PATHETIC you guys are PATHETIC . Please reply with a resolution and I want a speedy response. You are a multi million rand company but your resolution to my concern is like a Small Scale Business(Putride) Once again clear my credit score close my account and remove all charges and give my flippen LIFE back. I WANT A RESPONSE TODAY!!!!!!

As previously explained please be advised the balance accumulated due to the product that RMCS confirmed you accepted in 2015. In addition they could not locate cancellation requests made in 2016 or 2017.
Therefore the account in question needs to be settled before it could be closed. Once the account is closed an ITC update request will be referred to the bureau to amend report accordingly.
