Managers constantly threaten employees with warnings , managers scream at employees in front of other colleagues as Well as customers .

All employees on cosmetics floors use the make up and fragrances , it is so disgusting , there was a girl who took a roll on off the shelf by the Clarins counter , opened the lid , used some of the roll on , closed it and put it back where she found it on the shelf .

People don't know how to mind their own business and plenty of them smoke marijuana on the job.

In order to get make - up done by one of the houses ,you should spend up to R800 at most on products(some houses like MAC) or buy two products like (inglot) , customers are told to buy 5 products and up in order to do make up so that the houses sales increase .

The people are not friendly. And partnerships are given basically for exploitation.
