Edgars ruins Christmas due to not delivering items ordered

I placed an order on 2 December 2019. Order was supposed to be delivered in 5 days. It is now 18 Dec 2019 and still no delivery. I called the call centre about 7 times waiting at least 20 minutes before someone picks up each time. They note the order details and put you on hold while they follow up for another 25 minutes or so without any help. I ordered these items as christmas gifts early. I might might receive these gifts before i depart for christmas break. Edgars is now going to ruin christmas for my family.
