Edgars rude LOUD staff

I keep getting calls from ***, when I answer there is a loud voice on the other side screaming at his friend but he never speaks to me. I am so dam sick of this *******, this is the reason I CLOSED my account with Edgars and yet they keep phoning me!! what does one have to do to get off their spamming list!!!
