Edgars Robbing Customers

I have an account with you with you. I have been making regular payments in my account. Last month the balance after payment made was around R2400. When i check my statement still morning it shows that i have a balance of R3 646 in the statement it reflects airtime purchases that were made from November 2019.

I tried to call the Edgars call centre and the lady that was assisting dropped the call.
