You guys are sending me smses that I need to pay my account but I am not using the account. You guys haven't rectified the problem and yiu never told me what I was charged for??

And for a few months I've been charged to the account.. Now all of a sudden I hear that I have insurances... How does this work I never asked for this the account needs to be corrected.
