Edgars RMCS Contract Cancellation

I have seen many reviews of a lot customers complaining about the RMCS contract that Edcon offers their customers. Others willing knowing and others not about this airtime or data contracts. The frustrating thing is when you cancel this contract with RMCS they block and cancel your number. Getting through their customer service is the worst you are taken from pillar to post, and this has been ongoing for the past 3 months. Fellow complaints I don’t if you would agree, but think we need take strong consumer action against RMCS & Edcon. This needs to be petitioned to the Competition Commission for further investigation and I’m going to contact eNCA Checkpoint and Mnet Carte Blanche to do some investigative journalism on this matter, there is no way that so many customers can complain about the same thing and nothing gets done about it. RMCS does not even have website address. As customers we cannot be held and ransom with cell numbers being blocked. If anyone from RMCS for Edcon/ Edgars sees this message please check on your system against this reference number ***. Do your job and sort it out.
