Edgars RMCS complaint

There is a company called RMCS representing edgars,they call you and promise to give you airtime...it's been 4 months now which everytime I call the money gets allocated to RMCS

I have tried many times to ask them to remove these allocations but I unsuccessful

Edgars is *****ing their customers with RMCS
