EDGARS RIPPING US OFF!!

I have just about had it with Edgars. My mother has an account that she has been paying for, for over a year now. She even tried settling the debt but it just keeps coming back. She is currently owing R619.55 and has no idea where it is coming from as she has not purchased anything in a very long time and also requested that all subscriptions be cancelled countless times. She has previously had cellphone insurance for two or three devices and has requested they be cancelled countless times but everytime her monthly installment is due, a ridiculous amount that makes no sense appears. She has visited her nearest Edgars store (Dundee) about the matter countless times and we have both called in to the customer services countless times and receive the same response everytime “Ama insurance, sesiwakhanselile”. A statement was requested and on the statement appears a Family provider plan, a prepaid voucher, gadget insurance and Home protect insurance that she has absolutely has no idea of. Can somebody kindly assist! Her cell number *** and my cell ***
