Edgar’s ripping me off

I am Germaine , a single moon with two kids , I open an account with Edgar’s since 2019, and my credit was R7500, I have have been paying them back every month , Sometimes R800, R600, most times R400, I have never fail to paid them monthly , But still my credit is not reducing , When I call them , they said I have sign for insurance and life protection etc….. , which I don’t know what they are talking about How can be paying one account for more than two years and I am still standing with a credit close to R5000 This really on fair , they are ripping me off Please assist me , I am really tired and upset , this is traumatic, I don’t have peace because of this , they are robbing customers , I have my proof of payment and the one the send to me does not correspond with the one I received in store , this is abuse , I got no arrears with them since I opened the account , doesn’t make any sense that I am still sitting with the R5000 credit on my name , thx
