Edgars returned goods not refunded

Returned an item bought from edgars Pavilion on 24 August 2020 and the credit does not show on my statement. On the same day I paid my account to nil. I received stmts with service fee and the amount of the returned items. I can not get thru to the many service contact phone numbers. Call centres gave me phone numbers which states they dont deal with Edgars customers and Jet customers. I tried calling the store and all contact numbers online are no more valid. This is a horrible experience and will be forced to close my Edgars account.
