EDGARS - RETURN POLICY
I have been a loyal customer at Edgars and Red Square for many years, but that has now ended abruptly. On 8/12/2015 my husband bought me a Clinique Foundation which was then given to me on Christmas Day. Yesterday I opened the foundation and used it for the first time. The whole day my skin has this very uncomfortable taut feeling and when I went home and looked at the bottle, I realised that he had bought the wrong one (normal to oily skin instead of the one for dry skin). This morning (20/01/2016 I went to the store to try and exchange the foundation for the correct one, only to be told that this is not possible as it has been opened and it is now past the 30 days! Well just a short note to Edgars and Clinique - I have been spending an average of R1500 per month at your store (cosmetics/fragrances/skincare etc) for the past 20 years and then approximately another R2000 per month on clothing jewellery etc - This has now ended - rather spend your money at a retailer that really cares for their customers and their hard earned money!

We can only refund or exchange provided that; there is a proof of purchase, the item is in its original condition and within 30 days.
