I am not quite happy with the response provided on my complain, the lady who was dealing with my complaint said on Monday that account manager will give me a call till today I haven't received any response, if this is the final answer I require a standard letter confirming the response, including the reference number on a company letter head so that I can refer this matter to NCR , I am sure they will be quite thrilled as this is one of the prescribed debt that has been outstanding for more than 3years. the letter may send to my email address [Email Removed]
