Edgars relentless harrassment to open an account

Tried to buy an item, and as many times before, was asked if I wanted to open an account to which I rep**** no. Cashier tells me I must sign on the electronic pad to say I don't want an account. I said I won't as I had signed this on a previous occasion. She then said she cannot proceed with my purchase and handed back my U-count card. I went to customer services to lay a complaint. I spoke to a supervisor and her manager and both tell me the same line over and over like a stuck record - this is system message and because I an a good customer I will get an \invite to open an account"which I must sign if I refuse every time I buy something until I agree to open an account. I was speechless. I wanted to lay a formal complaint - the same manager told me I have to dial the call center or go online - I asked why can't I lay the complaint instore? No intelligible answer other than to repeat this is a system generated invite to open account ....bla bla. I rep****"
