Edgars Register Account Online service not working. How to register online?

I would like to register for a new account online. Following the instructions online, I was able to get to the first page of entering my details, but when it comes to uploading proof of identification and bank statements, it keeps failing, while I receive a message that the upload has been successful. After this, I am unable to continue to the next page.

I have tried this on multiple computers and the same issue occurs.

Why does Edgars have this online service if it does not work? The hours I work do not make it easy to visit the store in person to register a new account, so please some feedback on how to register a new account ONLINE? I have all the documentation on hand to submit, but the website does not accept any file for submission!
