Edgars refusing to give our money back for services not requested

I've noticed a cellphone contract and sms air subscription being deducted from my account since march 2019. I went to the store in Welkom to query but they no longer have a customer service department. They called from there to log a query. We asked that they cancel the subscriptions as we never requested it in the first place and that they should give us the credit for the total amount since March. After numerous calls and long periods on the phone they said that they will send us the voice records where we requested these services. I have phoned a week ago again with no feedback up until today. I want my money back!
