Edgar's refusing to acknowledge proof of payment and close account

I have been trying to close my account since 26/08/2020 with no success. Being called by Edgar's daily for a payment arrangement over an account I went in store to settle with no success. I have an acknowledgement of receipt from mmamosa witboi but no allocation of funds and more calls and SMS requesting payment and amount has now increased by 39.45. Another administrator asked for pop CJ Harris - no response to my pop even thou I am constantly being called for payment. I am done. Edgar's is a ****
