Edgars refuses to close my account

Good day

I have been trying to close my edgars account for months now. I have paid everything and my account is zero currently. But somehow your customer service team will tell me im owing fees. I am tired of edgars . I want out i dont want to keep paying you fees for an account i dont use. I have requested to close the club but somehow its impossible to close the account.i have went on branch several times now and your *********** staff looks confused all the time. I think its time to take legal action. Thank God I recorded the calls ive made in the past.
