Edgars refuse to refund my money

I made a purchase at Edgar's hemingways in East London, on the 27th June 2022 and the sale went off twice. I was then instructed to submit a bank statement for a refund, which I did. The query was then processed to their finance department and I've been waiting ever since for my refund of R699. 99. I have been to the store on multiple occasions to query but still haven't received my refund. Please assist
