Edgars refusal to close accounts

I have been trying to close my Edgars account since 12 November 2020. I receive an automated reply to my emails and that is it!!!! Regan Adams, CEO of RCS, You need to do something about the company you are running. I have been reading reviews and I see even Wendy Knowler has been involved in other cases where Edgars refuse or pay no heed to requests to close customers accounts. In addition to this - my account is fully up to date but Edgars keeping charging monthly fees for which I have to pay otherwise they will blacklist me. This is tantamount to extorsion! Totally unacceptable EDGARS!!!!!!! Regan Adams wake up.
