Edgars Refund Policy
I bought a shoe at Edgars in Sandton City with a debit card , I went to return it at Edgars, Pritchard Street, Johannesburg. I was told by Thumy at Edgars that there is a new refund policy and they can't credit the amount on my debit card or give me cash. The refund policy on the back of the slip clearly states that refunds and exchanges can be done within 30 days. The shoes have not been worn and the tags are still on them. I'd like my money back please. <br> <br> Also Thumy who works at the Customer Services desk is very rude. No regard for customers at all.
