Edgars Refund back my money

I place an order in around the 5th July and i never received my parcel, Edgar's confirmed that my order was delivered which is not true. I called in and i spoke to Zotha and she confirmed that my order has been deemed lost and the items are no longer available so they will process a refund and to date i have not received a refund.

I've been speaking to the manager by the name of Ashleigh and he is honestly not helping as he keep saying the conducting an investigation.
