EDGARS - REDICULOUS and *****ulant

This is just rediculous.....I have been trying to close my Edgars account for months now. Tried telephonically regularly...TO NO AVAIL.....visited store in Somerset Westa few times .....TO NO AVAIL......Edgars Staff at Somerset branch tried UNSUCCESSFULLY. (They closed their branch in my hometown, Stellenbosch) This Group is now harassing me by phoning almost every day and threatening me with blacklisting because I owe them for a Edgars Book??? I have never approved any such books or any other extra fees....my account ia paid up and has been for a while...*****ulant to say the least....If this is not resolved soon, I WILL lay a charge of harassing and possible *****.
