Edgars really suck and they are disgusting, rather buy somewhere else, please!

I seriously can't believe this and what I'm seeing! I waited until I received my next statement just to confirm this. So, for years and years I have actually had a credit on my account of the amount of R635.80 (no interest remember) as they owe me this money. Then, I receive my ststement for September '24 and there is an amount of R28.00 deducted from my credit and then I receive my October statement and true as nuts, another deduction of R28.00 and again in November. So from having a credit of R635.80 I now have a credit of R551.80 due to the so called "monthly service fee" none of this was communicated with me as they had now introduced a "monthly service fee". I will now be going into my closest Edgars, purchase goods for the amount of R551.80 and close my acount. Is this purely because they owe me money as I can't charge them interest for having my funds in their account? And PLEASE, I think we all know, be late for your payment and Edgars are the first to phone you.
