Edgars - RCS worst service

Edgars is the absolute worst when it comes to resolving issues with an account. I've been struggling for 2 weeks now. While they keep sending me sms and emails to pay an account that actually has a 0.00 balance. And then they want to charge me for the sms and emails.

It is the absolute worst service I have ever had. It is the worst thing for Edgars to be taken over by RCS.

Also taking away the 6 month interest free option is ridiculous.
