Edgars / RCS Store Account

I have had an account with Edgars for many many years now, it has always been an interest free account.

Since RCS has taken over they have continuously put interest on my interest free account. Let me add that I am NEVER late on payments and often pay more than my installment amount.

They have disregarded my complaints and just tell me that it is only interest free for Edgar's stores. This response is not good enough.

This is a discrepancy on their part because I never signed anything agreeing to this and was never told of this change. I am absolutely disgusted by their customer service.

They have done NOTHING to resolve this matter, as I have reinstated that I am unhappy with how they have handled this, simply telling me interest free is not good enough, how do they think it is right changing the terms on my account without informing me?
