Edgars / RCS refusal to close the account I don’t want.

I contacted Edgars / RCS store several times even went to the store to close my account . I don’t owe them any cent they are taking me from pillar to post . They keeps on having excuses . I am really tired of this I don’t want this account anymore. I contacted them again they said they are in the process of closing it and they will send me email . A month later no email . I went to the store yesterday they still said in a process of closing . I am really tired of this as I don’t owe you any cent .
