Edgar's Rcs ********** transactions

I am absolutely enraged with the service from RCS who have taken over Edgar's.I have settled my account in august and have called on numerous occasions advising of this as well as sending proof of payments to emailed address that never respond.All i get are threatening emails and smses saying I'm in arrears and will get handed over.i canceled the one insurance and club fee that totalled to R96.26 or around that and yet you still claim that I owe insurance and club fees to the amount of R900 and I am getting charged interest on an interest free account.I camt even close my account as you say I need to settle the amount owing.you ******* have charged me for insurance and club fees that I did not sign up for and yet when I ask for a breakdown of this on email you do not have it.Yet you claim I owe you that.Your call center is useless as no1 knows what they are doing as they keep transferring me until I eventually get cut off.this is ***** .you have been reported and will be liable for any fees as well as phone calls that I make to rectify an error on your side.You guys lack intelligence and do not know what you are doing.stop threatening g me and sort my account and close it down Now!!!!!!!!!!!
