Edgars Rcs card worst customer experience

Edgars cards where do I start- since rcs took over they moved me from interst free 6 months to interest created budget portions and it feels like I am not paying off my balance at all.A few days before christmas I brought a deess for about R200 and used my thank u points. Suddenly they blocked my account when I enquired they wanted a copy of my id and 3 signatures. I e mailed this then suddenly they wanted the id, 3 signature and a affadavit. I have never dealt with any institution that have inconvenienced there customers so uneccesarily. I just want my account closed and be rid of Edgars rcs cards
